My Bulgarian Documents Preparation Property purchase
As you probably know, laws in Bulgaria do not allow foreigners to possess land. However, according to the law, you can establish and possess a Bulgarian company, which can own the land that comes with the property. Considering this, after you send deposit and reserve a property (house, apartment, office, store, land, etc.), we will register a Bulgarian company, owned by you, which will buy the chosen property. The company can be owned by one or several people (like a married couple for example). For company registration we charge 560 euro (this includes all the taxes and fees).

Symbolic 2009 to Boost Bulgaria-Japan Cooperation

Bulgaria's President Georgi Parvanov and the representative of Japan's International Exchange Council Akito Naito agreed Friday that the symbolic 2009 was going to give a boost to the development of the bilateral relations.
In 2009 the Bulgarian-Japanese relations have three significant anniversaries including 90 years since the establishment of official diplomatic relations, 50 years since the restoration of the diplomatic relations after World War II, and 70 years since the opening of Japan's first diplomatic mission to Bulgaria.
During Friday's meeting with the head of the economic mission of Japan's International Exchange Council, Bulgaria's President Parvanov expressed his satisfaction with the condition of the bilateral relations, and added Bulgaria expected more investments from Japanese companies.
Akito Naito cited the fact that this was the second mission of Japan's International Exchange Council to Bulgaria in two years as evidence about the growing investment interest of Japanese companies with respect to Bulgaria.
